A Pilot Workshop was successfully organized in Montenegro as part of Work Package 3 – Localization and Pilot Testing within the project activities. The workshop was conducted during the 12th month of the project to test the localized and translated training materials of the Sports Academy methodology (SAM) with a selected group of individuals from the sport sector. The one-day event gathered 27 participants, who were introduced to the adapted methodology through presentations, demonstrations of selected modules and their practical implementation. The workshop was conducted in the local language to ensure better understanding and applicability of the materials. Participants also provided feedback through a structured questionnaire, which will support the further refinement of the training methodology in the next phase of the project.
