Opening Address

The official opening of the Conference will commence before the first plenary session and will feature an opening address from the Conference President.
Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony will take place after the first day of the congress.

The Closing Ceremony will feature a Thank you and Goodbye from Podgorica and a presentation of the upcoming events of the same organizers.
