Dusan Stupar is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sports and Psychology (TIMS), part of EDUCONS University in Novi Sad. He teaches several subjects, including Preschool Physical Education Methodology, Sports in Schools, Individual Sports II (Athletics), Sports Presentation, and Summer Activities in Nature. He is the author or co-author of over 60 scientific papers published in international journals and conference proceedings, and the author of the textbook “Physical Education of Preschool Children.” He has extensive experience working with preschool and early school-age children, having organized and led kinesiology activities in various kindergartens in Novi Sad, including Wendy, Happy Little Train, Little School, Wonderland, Little Cube, and Goldilocks. He also worked as a coach at the Hat-Trick Football School and the Sports School, accumulating more than 20,000 hours of training with children in this age group. He is the president of the sports association Super Active and the author and implementer of numerous projects supported by the City Administration for Sports and Youth of Novi Sad, the Provincial Secretariat for Sports and Youth of Vojvodina, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia. Notable projects include: “Kindergarten Games,” “Hurry Slowly,” “NS Captains,” “Sports Alphabet,” “Sun, Summer, Youth, Action,” “Children’s Sports School,” “Save a Life with Knowledge,” and “Everything Is Easy When You’re Young and Healthy.” He is also one of the founders of the Association of Lifeguards on the Water of Vojvodina and served as the coordinator of the rescue service at Štrand Beach in Novi Sad from 1996 to 2011. He holds certifications in the following areas:First Aid – City Red Cross Organization of Novi Sad; swimming Instructor and Lifeguard – Society for the Fight Against Drowning, Belgrade; Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillation (BLS+AED) – European Resuscitation Council; Manual Body Massage with Elements of Sports Massage – Radnicki University, Novi Sad; and Water Rescue Instructor – EDUCONS University, Novi Sad.
