PASTECHL Green Sport Awards 2025: Celebrating Montenegro’s Champions of Health, Sport, and Sustainability

As part of PASTECHL Podgorica 2025, the PASTECHL Jury proudly announced the winners of the Green Sport Awards 2025, continuing a tradition that began in 2022. These awards honor individuals and organizations in Montenegro whose work in 2025 has advanced health, sport, and sustainable living. This year’s laureates include sports professor and nutritionist Marko Vukotić, who inspired citizens through his Simple Lifestyle program and media presence to embrace healthier daily routines; basketball legend Vlado Šćepanović, who led the Kolašin 2025 Basketball Camp and engaged hundreds of young people in sport and teamwork in a natural setting; and the Montenegrin Students Sports Association, which created inclusive opportunities for students through volleyball and 3×3 basketball cups, as well as hiking, cycling, and kayaking programs.

The Green Sport Awards highlight the power of sport and active living as drivers of sustainability and well-being. By celebrating role models and initiatives that bridge health, education, and community, PASTECHL underscores its mission to inspire a healthier society and a greener future in Montenegro. The 2025 awardees demonstrate that through commitment, mentorship, and innovation, sport can be a force not only for individual growth but also for collective progress.
