As part of the Universal Sports for Social Impact (USSI) project, an Adaptation Workshop on the implementation of selected SAM methodologies in Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo will be held on 17 October 2025 at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro in Podgorica, with the possibility of online participation via the Zoom platform.
The aim of the workshop is to pilot the USSI framework with a selected group of sports organizations in order to test its effectiveness in guiding the selection of modules and collect feedback on its practical applicability.
The workshop will be interactive in format, with the participation of at least 15 representatives of sports organizations (three from each partner country).
The working language of the event will be English.
