Physical Activity and Sports Tech for Healthy Lifestyles (PASTECHL) and the Faculty of Kinesiology, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (KIFOS), have officially signed a cooperation agreement, setting the foundation for closer collaboration in the fields of sports science, health, and innovative technologies.
Through this agreement, KIFOS has obtained the status of a partner institution at the 2nd Annual Scientific Conference of Physical Activity and Sports Tech for Healthy Lifestyles, “Shaping the Future of Sports & Health Monitoring Systems,” which will take place in Podgorica from October 16 to 19, 2025.
As a conference partner, KIFOS will encourage the participation of its academic staff, who will benefit from reduced registration fees. The faculty will also have the opportunity to nominate one invited speaker, whose lecture will be included in the official conference program. Additionally, the name of KIFOS will be featured in all conference materials, including the website, abstract book, and promotional content.
PASTECHL, on its side, has committed to fully covering all organizational costs, as well as the participation fee and accommodation for the invited speaker proposed by KIFOS.
The signing of this agreement marks an important step in strengthening academic and professional ties between the two institutions. It reflects a shared commitment to advancing scientific collaboration, promoting physical activity, and fostering the development of innovative technologies for healthy lifestyles.
