With several years of experience in sports science, research, and higher education, she is currently a teaching assistant at the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education, University of Montenegro. Alongside her academic duties, she is pursuing her Ph.D. at EDUCONS University and the Faculty of Sport and Psychology in Novi Sad, focusing on advancing knowledge in sport sciences and related fields. She has authored several scientific papers published in internationally recognized journals indexed in the Web of Science, demonstrating her commitment to high-quality research. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Innovative Technologies in Sport and Physical Activity journal, where she works to promote interdisciplinary research and innovation in the field of sports sciences. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in numerous national and international projects funded by the European Union, Central European Initiative (CEI), Western Balkans Fund (WBF) and exchange programs. These engagements have strengthened her expertise in project implementation, teamwork, and international collaboration. She has participated in many scientific conferences, continually expanding her professional network and contributing to the scientific community. She is known among her colleagues as highly motivated, organized, and dedicated, combining her passion for research and education with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach. She thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to fostering innovation and excellence in sport sciences.
