Seyed Morteza Tayebi is Associate professor of Allameh Tabataba’i University (ATU), Tehran, Iran. His education field is Exercise Physiology. His primary research interests were about Sports Hematology and Rheology, Exercise Immunology, all with inclusion of herbal medicine. His recent research interest is focusing on exercise training effects on Insulin Resistance of people with Type 2 Diabetes Miletus and Obesity and its new mechanism like MTRNL, Fetuin-B, WISP-1, WISP-2, beta-Arestin-1, GPCR-2, HDAC5, TBC1D1, TBC1D4. He has also a patent accepted by the National Patent Office of Iran with the title of “The Curl Up Test Portable Device.”; Besides, he founded “Annals of Applied Sport Science” journal in 2013 and he spent the recent 10 years of his life on the journal progression. Now he is the Editor in Chief of the journal.
