Opšti cilj programa: Opšti cilj programa je da se nastavnici fizičkog vaspitanja i nastavnici razredne nastave upoznaju sa savremenim sistemima praćenja fitnesa kod djece i omladine školskog uzrasta
Specifični ciljevi programa: Specifični ciljevi programa se odnose na to da se nastavnici fizičkog vaspitanja i nastavnici razredne nastave upoznaju sa trendovima razvoja fitnesa kod djece i omladine školskog uzrasta tokom vremena, zatim sa svim dostupnim terenskim testovima za praćenje fitnesa kod djece i omladine školskog uzrasta, kao i da se osposobe da primjenjuju „EUFITMOS fitness testing protocol“, savremeni sistem za praćenje fitnesa kod djece i omladine školskog uzrasta, te da stečena znanja i vještine primijene u budućem teorijskom i praktičnom radu.
Ciljna grupa: Nastavnici fizičkog vaspitanja i nastavnici razredne nastave iz crnogorskih osnovnih i srednjih škola
Metode i tehnike rada: Predavanja interaktivnog tipa, radionice, praktičan rad u sportskoj dvorani

Bojan Masanovic

Biography
Bojan Masanovic is a teacher and research at the University of Montenegro, and currently serves as acting Vice-Dean for Education at Faculty for Sport and Physical Education. Various mobility grants enabled him to gain huge experience as a guest lecturer in Spain, Croatia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Hungary and France. He has more than 10 years of experience in scientific research, with a particular focus on the planning, implementation and evaluation of studies dealing with health and exercise, which also includes clinical trials. As a scientist in the field of sports science, he uses knowledge to improve the sports industry at large. To date, he is the author and co-author of more than 100 peer-reviewed articles in multidisciplinary journals, including those with a high Impact Factor. Editor-in-chief, review editor, guest editor and Ad-Hoc reviewer roles performed in more than 20 international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Web of Science core collection. He has a strong background in project activities, because he coordinated or participated in several national and European projects and represented Montenegro in five COST actions. The University of Montenegro honored him with the Award for achieved results and contribution to the development of scientific research, artistic and professional work at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education for 2019. Also, the Albanian Association of Sports Sciences (ASSA) honored him with the Award for outstanding contribution to the development of education and sports sciences in Albania through scientific research for the year 2022. In June 2022, he was promoted as the head of the CEEPUS network named “Education, training and research in the multidisciplinary field of sports sciences” in which 13 European universities participate.

Jovan Gardasevic

Biography
Jovan Gardasevic obtained his PhD at the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education at University of Montenegro. At the same faculty, from 2009 to 2020 he was teaching assistant. Currently, he is employed as Assistant Professor at University of Montenegro. His research interests include the assessment of physical activity, sports training, body composition. He has published more than 90 peer-reviewed articles in multidisciplinary journals, of which 25 articles in journals indexed in Web of Science. Also, he works as managing editor of Sport Mont journal which is indexed in Scopus database. Jovan is appointed as FIEP (Fédération Internationale d’Education Physique) coordinator for Montenegro. A member of the Senate of the University of Montenegro was from 2016 to 2020. For a long time he worked as a Professor of physical education at elementary school. Twelve years he worked as coach at professional Football club, while at the same club for three years he was sports and executive director. Since 2015 he covers the place of advisor for sport issues at that club.
